We love our Thai so always look for a restaurant when away. Tom Yum Kung is a favourite of mine. This one was very flavoursome. We also got the sharing starter for 2; the peanut sauce was delicious I had the beef red Thai curry & partner beef in oyster sauce Very enjoyable meal, would recommend. Thai couple busy in the kitchen cooking up all the goodness ❤️

As a huge fan of Thai food, I’m always on the lookout for new places to try in Amsterdam. Every now and then, you come across a restaurant that truly stands out—and Thai Deum is definitely one of those places. I ordered the Neua Nam-Man-Hooy and asked if they could make it extra spicy. Not only did they happily accommodate my request, but when I jokingly asked if they could make it extra extra spicy, they brought me freshly made Prik Nam Pla. That level of care and authenticity immediately won me over. The food was simply divine. Every bite was packed with incredible flavor and it genuinely tasted like it had been made with love. This was hands down one of the most flavorful Thai dishes I’ve had in Amsterdam. What made the experience even better was the service. The team was incredibly welcoming, and I had a lovely conversation with the lady behind the cash register. It’s those personal touches that turn a great meal into a memorable experience. Exceptional food, wonderful people, and a genuine passion for what they do. This was definitely not my last visit to Thai Deum—I can’t wait to come back and explore more of the menu!

interior is lovely, you can see them cook your food at the front with the open kitchen, and the decor was very authentic. plates and cutlery really reflected Thailand too! service was great, speedy and attentive, staff were really friendly. food was great although a bit sweet for me. good spice levels and very tasty - still authentic :)

The Thai food was amazing! Everything was cooked fresh right in the front of the store. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the area.
