Our company had reserved a table for a team dinner of 12 people. Due to last-minute changes, we arrived with 10 people instead. Despite the restaurant being only about half full, the floor manager reacted in an extremely rude, confrontational, and unprofessional manner regarding the difference in group size. Rather than showing any understanding or flexibility, he made us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. His attitude and the way he spoke to us completely ruined the atmosphere for what was supposed to be an enjoyable team dinner. Given how poorly we were treated, we decided not to stay and dine at the restaurant. To make things worse, the floor manager then attempted to charge us a €70 fee per person simply for “occupying” the reserved table, despite the restaurant having plenty of empty tables available. Of course, we did not accept this unreasonable charge. Customer service is about treating guests with respect and professionalism, especially when dealing with minor changes to a reservation. Unfortunately, this experience was the exact opposite. The manager’s behavior was unacceptable and left a very negative impression on our entire team. I would not recommend this restaurant based on our experience.

Ik bestelde 9:15 nog eten. Vervolgens heb ik een uur gewacht. Ik keek in google en zag dat het restautant gesloten was. Daarna werd ik om half 11 ingelicht dat mijn bestelling niet meer kan worden voorbereid. Gesloten of niet. Bestellingen maken we af..! Dit is eigenlijk gewoon vragen om slechte recenties! En als je van te voren al weet dat het niet gaat lukken dan moeten ze de bestelling niet aannemen. Ik kan hier echt kwaad om worden. Wel van te voren vragen of ik de bezorger fooi wil geven en vervolgens komt niemand opdagen. Kunnen ze lekker eten hebben maar als je zo met mensen omgaat vind ik echt heel erg. De slechte service blijf uiteindelijk hangen. Ik verwacht op zn minst een vergoeding hiervoor!!!

We had such an amazing experience here! The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious. We tried the carbonara and pizza, and both were fantastic. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. What made the evening even more special was the surprise celebration for our friend. We ordered a tiramisu, and the staff turned it into such a fun and memorable moment with a big celebration that completely surprised us! It really showed how much they care about their guests. The prices are very fair for the quality and experience you get. Everything about the evening was perfect, and we will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!
