Coffee was standard Starbucks. The cashier lady Olga was really friendly, it was good to finally talk to someone with positive attitude and such a big smile. She is the best cashier in this place so far

Everyone was so cheerfull. I accidentally stranded in the bijlmer because I took the wrong train so decided to get myself a warm calming drink. I didnt expect such a happy and joyfull team heartwarming to see!

Olga is truly the best barista ever!! She makes the BEST matcha and she is just so so so SOOOO sweet!! Wish I could have her energy when I'm at work:)

I used this shop quite often but today, I had a really HORRIBLE experience. First I arrived at the shop around 16:30 and nobody at the cashier, I was waiting for 5 min but still nobody came out. So I had to go to the backyard and had to call staff. And finally one old lady came out. I ordered strawberry matcha CLOUD frappucino and a nerd guy who was working with her, he made matcha strawberry latte🤷🏻♀️. And I told him this is not what I ordered so he asked a woman what I ordered and tried to remake it. And next he made matcha frappucino… and I told him again this is also not my order. He asked her again then what’s next is the old lady told me this is what I actually ordered with a rude attitude. I told her this is not. But she didn’t listen anything and told me “we are not allowed to remake it for you, this is not our service” Are you serious old lady?? You just misheard my order and I already paid it for it and what were you guys attitude?? Also the nerd guy who made my drink twice, he doesn’t even know how to make drinks. Looked so unprofessional what he made. Look at the picture The company should fire them ASAP
