This Starbucks needs to be reviewed by the owner because the service is super unwelcoming. The lady working today 18/6 was very condescending, I asked her for a Decaf Frappuccino which I get regularly at the Starbucks in Vrijthof and she said that it’s not possible and then I said it was fine and I can have one with no coffee beans. Then she continued to give me and my friend death stares. Moreover they started moving chairs and taking out bins in front of customers even putting chairs on tables next to us one hour before closing. I work in service and this is not okay.

It’s the perfect spot to grab a drink before a train journey, as orders are prepared swiftly and efficiently without sacrificing taste. If you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth a visit!
