I had a wonderful time at this Starbucks, and I specially want to recognize Nida. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive to everyone throughout my entire stay. Her warm hospitality and positive energy truly stood out and made the atmosphere so welcoming. Thank you, Nida, for the amazing service! You are a great asset to this place.

I ordered a small and then a Large ice matcha latte. The girl that prepare the large one filled the jug blender to the top and added a lot of ice to the cup. A lot of product was left on the jug, I asked if she would throw it away and if in that case I could have it in the other glass as it is a pity to waste it. She said no and throws it in front of me. This is a huge waist and is not nice for the customer, to see it happen in front of them. It was rather cold and transmit greediness. We get so much talks about waste and climate change etc. This does not seem very sustainable to me. The person rather throws it than give it to another person. I think either Starbucks needs to make better measurements of how much to add to the jug to avoid wasting so much. And in the case that there is a left over, the Starbucks employee should not throw it away, infront of the customer...quite rude

There us no better Starback place in A'dam.I'm there on sunday aftetnoons and grateful gor the kind,warm attitude of the crew,good food,great coffee,positiev energy, good vibes... Love it! Thanks a lot guys.💖🙏
