Today I was at this place for unloading. My opinion applies only to one employee, not the entire company. A tall man, about 187 cm, slim, facial hair, wears glasses - office employee. He had a problem with something from the very beginning and was not positive towards me, if I could say so. But there are often idiots in the driver's job, so I do not immediately react to such behavior. After unloading, the „gentleman” tried to convince me that I had damaged two pallets, which is why in his opinion, I was not entitled to the return of the empty pallets. I asked him to show me the damage. The „gentleman” asked another employee to lift the pallet and it turned out that he was making up nonsense. At that moment, all the anger he had inside came out of him. He started yelling at me and waving his finger in my face. At such a moment, my behaviour changed as well, because what right does anyone have to humiliate me and treat me this way? Finally he returned over all the empty pallets. I am writing this opinion to the owners of the company or the person who supervises this „gentleman's” work. Such behavior not only affects the opinion of your entire company, but I am convinced that his behavior also negatively affects the entire team. Working with such a lunatic is not pleasant and someone should have a serious talk with him. I feel sorry for all Scanimex employees because they have to spent their precious time with such a negative person. He clearly has a problem with emotions, because he was very close to using physical force, and such an approach to anyone is simply unacceptable! I was in this company a few months ago and I would like to warmly greet the lady, about 50-55 years old, and a tall very big guy. These people were polite, nice, you could have a nice small chat, normal people. If it turns out that this man is the owner of this company, I really feel sorry for all the employees, and I warn the drivers because probably he may have a bad day once again. Karma always comes back and you will remember these words again and again mister.
