Pavarotti Leidschendam

Located in the Westfield mall, this is a good italian restaurant. The ambience is good, as well as staff. They made a mistake with our order, but immediately fixed it without complaints, which was good to see. The pizzas are really good, they have a large variety of options on the menu. Strongly recommend it 👌

Wij hebben hier samen heerlijk genoten. De bediening was vriendelijk en in een gezellige, ontspannen sfeer hebben wij heerlijk gegeten!

Positive: friendly service/ nice location and view and the rest…. Well judge by yourself: - cleaning is not optional in restaurants(all seat cushions were dirty, table with crumbles it’s basic, noone even talk about deep cleaning ), - such small things as door handles in the toilet are appreciated, so please 🙏🏻 better cheap 15€ doorhandle, than this. - the shocking thing is what I found in toilet. Photos below. I still hope it’s just decoration and not used in the kitchen after. - Food 50/50… I wouldn’t recommend pastas here. We enjoyed catamarans though and lake view.

Ik was helaas erg teleurgesteld over mijn ervaring bij Pavarotti. De service liet duidelijk te wensen over: het duurde veel te lang voordat we geholpen werden en ook onze bestelling liet lang op zich wachten. Dit maakte het bezoek behoorlijk frustrerend. Daarnaast waren de glazen niet schoon. Ze roken zelfs naar wijn, wat natuurlijk absoluut niet fris is en echt niet kan in een restaurant. Ook het eten viel tegen. De pizza die ik kreeg was erg gemiddeld en niet bijzonder—eerlijk gezegd vergelijkbaar met een standaard pizza die je bij een willekeurige pizzazaak haalt. Voor de prijs die je hier betaalt, verwacht je echt iets beters. Al met al geen ervaring die ik snel zal herhalen.
