New York Pizza Vught

Pizza en koek besteld en uiteindelijk een harde zwarte pizza gekregen en ipv het koekje iets anders zonder ff te bellen. Na 2 keer melding te hebben gemaakt nog steeds niks gehoord en we zijn ondertussen ruim 2 weken verder.

Kom gewoon ruim een uur te laat met bestelling. Had anderhalf uur van te voren besteltijd afgesproken. Als je belt krijg je slechts het excuus dat het druk is.

1 Star – If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely terrible service. I placed an order with New York Pizza Vught because their website clearly stated that they were open from 12:00 PM and accepted my order. The estimated delivery time was 12:35 PM, but my order never arrived. What makes this even worse is that I ordered during my lunch break at work. I had limited time to eat and was relying on the delivery to arrive as scheduled. Instead, I spent my entire break waiting for food that never came, leaving me without lunch and wasting my break. I tried calling the store multiple times but only reached voicemail. The voicemail states that the store opens at 4:00 PM, while the website says they are open from 12:00 PM and are actively accepting orders. This is completely misleading and incredibly frustrating for customers. If the store is not open, orders should not be accepted in the first place. The lack of communication, incorrect opening hours, and failure to deliver the order are unacceptable. No explanation, no update, and no way to reach anyone. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this location until they improve their communication, reliability, and respect for their customers’ time.
