I strongly caution any brand owners, manufacturers, or authorized distributors before doing business with this company. They present themselves as legitimate distributors but, in reality, act as product diverters. They purchase inventory and resell large volumes on Amazon without brand authorization. Despite promising to provide full supply chain documentation, they instead provide these documents directly to unauthorized Amazon sellers, making it nearly impossible for brands to remove or control those listings. While I do not own any of the affected brands, I have witnessed firsthand how this company’s practices result in unauthorized sellers flooding Amazon with products, damaging brand integrity and pricing control. Additionally, I paid a $10,000 deposit to this company, which they have refused to return. After repeated requests, they continue to withhold the deposit without justification. I worked directly with Levente, and this has been an extremely unprofessional experience. If you value your brand’s control and want to avoid financial and distribution headaches, I strongly recommend steering clear of this company.

I bought 25k hair care with dates i was told 21/22. Turns out it was 2019/20/21. I was informed it was my fault because I didn't check. It apparently doesnt matter that i was given false and misleading information. They just have no interest in holding themselves to account. Beware dealing with them. When this company came to my office telling me what a wonderful business they were and that they always work with clients etc. Terrible experience that I would wish on anyone. If I could score them a zero I would. Shout out to Marios ( doesnt know what false and misleading means)and Charles ( thinks customer service is taking no responsibility) in the hair care division. Try a bit harder or perhaps a training course on interpersonal skills.

After placing an order and receiving confirmation, the sales agent did not respond to any of my emails for four weeks, only to later insist and inform me that they could no longer deliver it. I believe this company is portraying itself inaccurately, as ethics and morality are lacking. I would have appreciated being informed from the outset because truth is always the right choice. Nevertheless, I do not recommend it, as it will only lead to false hopes. I am not leaving this review out of frustration, but because the image you project to customers is incorrect. A true distributor never behaves in such a manner.
