Plenty of choice in products, but staff and service is quite hostile. You walk in and get stared at and looked at as if you walked into a the wrong place and feel like you should make a U-turn and be gone. The negative energy feels racially charged. Well, message received, so won’t be returning.

I would like to raise a serious concern regarding two snack products purchased from Little India Amsterdam. Our relatives brought one packet of Gathiya and one packet of Golden Mixture from your store. After consuming these products, my wife, daughter, and I noticed an unusual taste. Within a short time, we developed small red pimples/irritation inside our mouths. Because of this reaction, we immediately stopped eating the products. I still have both packets available and am willing to provide them to your store for inspection. The manufacturing date printed on the packets is November 2025, and the expiry date is 04/01/2027. I also noticed that separate stickers have been attached to the packets. However, there is no indication that these are export packs, and I could not find any price information on the packaging. This raises concerns about product labeling and traceability. This is a serious health and food safety concern. I request that the store investigate this matter urgently and provide an explanation regarding the product quality, packaging, and labeling. I would also appreciate information on how this issue will be addressed to prevent similar incidents for other customers. Thank you, and I look forward to your response.

Terrible customer service. Ordered from their website and received a damaged product that smelled rotten due to the damage and the heat. I emailed them for a refund but they refused to acknowledge that the damaged product was unsafe to eat and did not even accept responsibility for incorrectly packaging the product, saying that they do not control how the courier service handles their parcel. When I expressed disappointment with their response they offered me a small discount that was barely one-third of the price of the damaged product. This is extremely unexpected as I used to be a regular customer before and did not face issues with previous orders in their store or online, but I will not recommend them to others anymore.
