Sadly, the service was disappointing. The girl behind the counter was unkind and very short in the way she spoke to us, which made us feel unwelcome. We had been here before because we really like the food, but after this experience, not sure if we’ll be coming back.

Very disappointing experience. I contacted them on WhatsApp before going to ask if they had pão de queijo available. They confirmed they did, answered all of my questions, and even told me they would be waiting for me at 3:00 PM. When I arrived, they told me they had actually been out of pão de queijo since the previous day. I then sent them a message asking why they had confirmed they had it if it had already been sold out, and they completely ignored me. Mistakes happen, but making customers travel for nothing and then ignoring them is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back.

Just had the best Açai bowl I've ever had. Wish I found this place sooner in my trip! Highly recommend.
