I visited the store at Den Haag Central Station on June 17, 2026, around 7:30 PM to ask how a coupon provided by my employer worked. The employee scanned it and told me it was worth €15. When I prepared to make a purchase, she abruptly told me that I could not use it in that store and that I needed to go to another location. What disappointed me was not the policy itself, but the way I was treated. The employee was rude, dismissive, and spoke to me in an unprofessional manner. When I mentioned that she should be more polite with customers, she replied, "You're not understanding what I'm telling you," which only made the interaction more uncomfortable. After leaving, I called the store to ask for her name, but the call was disconnected. I returned to the store and was told her name was "Gabriela," although I cannot verify whether that was accurate. I felt disrespected and unwelcome as a customer. I hope management reviews the security footage from approximately 7:30 PM on June 17, 2026, and addresses this matter to ensure customers are treated with professionalism and respect.

Normally i dont post reviews like this, but as a former customer service employee i felt i had to say something. Today (17.06) I came in around 19:15. I had some questions about the products and the girl behind the counter was incredibly sweet and patient, and helped me find the correct items I needed. As i was about to leave, another customer approached her and almost right off the bat started acting crazy and berating her and verbally assulting. All around very unfortunate behaviour from the lady in question, but the employee (whos name unfortunately I did not get) handled the situation very calmly and professionally. At the end from outside the store I saw the customer take a picture of her, which is an invasion of privacy by the way, absolutely despicable behaviour. I hope the poor girl does not get reprimanded for this interaction, she was incredibly sweet with me.
