I am writing this review to warn others because my initial good impression completely fell apart. In the beginning, everyone was incredibly polite and promised us the world—fixed working hours, no weekends, and plenty of rest. Unfortunately, it was all a lie. Here is what actually happened: False working hours: We were promised a schedule from 6:00 to 16:00. On our very first day, it turned into 7:00 to 17:00, with the employer extending it whenever they pleased. We ended up staying until 17:30 or 18:00. Friday was supposed to be a short day (until 12:00), but we were forced to work until 18:00. They even tried to make us work on Saturday because of their poor planning. Zero support from the agency: When we complained that the conditions did not match the agreement, the agency completely ignored us and just transferred us to another women in the agency. To make matters worse, that first employer let us go on Friday after our shift, saying they no longer needed us. Terrible secondary options: For the next job, we strictly emphasized that we needed fixed hours. Instead, they brought us to a place where hours were 6:00 to 16:00/17:00 (or longer, depending on the day) working in sub-zero temperatures (-5). On top of that, the temperature allowance/bonus was taken by the agency, not paid to us,not even mentioned to us. Shady contract termination: When we refused to accept these terrible conditions, they terminated our contract but legally framed it as if we requested the termination. They completely hid the fact that we would be working in sub-zero temperatures, and they never mentioned the temperature allowance/bonus (which they ended up pocketing themselves). When we confronted them about why they hid these details and why the actual job conditions never match what they tell us, they ignored our concerns. They intentionally leave out crucial information just to get you to the workplace. Summary: Unless you want to work anywhere, anytime, without knowing your schedule, and be treated terribly, avoid this agency. If you speak up or ask for basic rights—like seeing your employment contract before starting the job—they will immediately get rid of you. They only look for people who will stay quiet and suffer. Save your time, energy, and nerves. Look elsewhere!
