We had a wonderful breakfast here with my girlfriend. The service was friendly and attentive. Freshly squeezed orange juice, real working knives (a detail I appreciated!), and incredibly tasty bread with cheese and ham. The small jam jars for the croissants and the fresh flowers on the table added a lovely touch. I didn’t particularly enjoy the croissant, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Cozy spot away from the city centre, in a lively and beautiful neighbourhood, and looks family-owned. I had a long night, so being able to come here this morning for such an amazing coffee was perfect. Update: been here 3 times already, and I am loving the pastries and breakfast options. Price is what you'd expect: I paid 4.20€ for an oat milk cappuccino, which is fair market range in the NL. They had some sweet options for breakfast but I wanted a toast (I tried a butter and jam, good quality btw, croissant for 3.5€). Turns out they had more options on the menu than what showed up online, which I only realized once I got there. The goat cheese brown bread sandwich was spectacular, it revived me this morning (paid less than 10€ for this and the portion was generous). There's plenty of room both inside and out. The views aren't ideal, but the place itself is definitely worth it. Oh, and they gave me a really nice cookie with the coffee (which I tried to buy more from hahaha). Also, the staff members are very welcoming and charming.
