Vriendelijke bediening en gezellige sfeer. Heerlijke verse koffie en thee. U kunt zelf de sterke van de koffie kiezen. Er is ook een uitgebreide keuze aan zoete lekkernijen.

Deplorable experience: Lack of respect and verbal aggression The treatment I received was degrading. In fact, I have never been treated so badly anywhere before. I am not someone who usually writes reviews, but after what happened, I feel it is absolutely necessary. I want to clarify that my issue was solely with a man in his 40s, with dark hair and a small ponytail, and everything I am about to describe is quoted exactly as it happened. I arrived at the establishment and said: “Hello, good afternoon! Sorry, could you tell me where this place is?” He replied: “Bro, I’m busy, bro,” in a tone that was completely out of line. I responded: “Okay, okay… I just wanted to ask where it was…” And he interrupted me, saying: “I’ve already told you I’m busy, is that not clear or what?” I then said: “Okay, but could you say it in a nicer way?” To which he responded by shouting a violent insult starting with the letter “F,” followed by another insult questioning my intelligence. I cannot write it literally because what he said was so strong that Google's own AI will not allow me to publish it, but you can imagine where it went. At that point, I realized I was talking to a wall. I reproached him for his lack of manners, turned around, and left. Honestly, I am very disappointed. This situation caused me discomfort for a large part of the day, as I am not used to being spoken to with such hostility. I felt that this person was projecting his frustration onto me when all I wanted was a simple direction. I consider myself a calm person, and I have never experienced anything like this before. If this review reaches the owner, I would truly appreciate it. Hopefully, it can raise awareness so that this kind of behavior doesn’t continue to negatively affect others or the reputation of the business. Despite not making a purchase, I would not recommend this place at all due to such disrespectful, arrogant, and disproportionate treatment.
