The staff is very rude and could really use a customer satisfaction course. I bought a truffle cheese and walked into the bookstore three doors down and saw the same cheese yes, the truffle cheese lying there for almost 4 euros cheaper. Unbelievable, your prices are already so high, and then it's notably cheaper in a bookstore. I thought I'd return the other one, but the guy behind the counter refused to give me my money back. He said he couldn't. He scanned the cheese, stood looking at me a bit surprised, and then said it didn't work and that I should just pick something else for the same amount. He just left me standing there and went on to serve another customer. I just walked away, but I will never set foot inside that store again. It's a shame that your staff is so rude and impolite. And it's a shame that you sell your cheeses for more than in the bookstore two doors down.

Cheese & More by Henri Willig is a great place to visit, especially if you like cheese. They offer a wide variety of products with reasonable prices. The staff are very polite, friendly, and helpful. The location is easy to access, and the shop is not too crowded, which makes the experience more comfortable. You can also taste some products before buying, which is a big advantage. There are also nice gift packages, perfect for souvenirs or presents. Highly recommended!

I left due to the average price of cheeses here, also the fact that almost all of them were small cheese wheels, so proportionally the amount of wax/lost cheese is higher, I prefer slices from a larger wheel. I didn't get a chance to taste products or engage with staff so can't comment on this.
