Reading the reviews left me genuinely confused. Based on my own experience, I honestly found myself wondering how this place has so many 5-star ratings. I can't say who wrote them, but it certainly left me with the impression that friends, family, or loyal supporters may have been generous with their stars. As another reviewer put it: "Lots of the owner's friends with (very) large wallets and forgiving reviews." After my visit, I understood exactly what they meant. Where do I even begin? The prices are high, the menu is confusing, and the final bill somehow manages to surprise you in all the wrong ways. The service? Imagine asking a brick wall for directions—at least the wall wouldn't insult you. I visited with Dutch friends, and at one point they turned to me and said, "We should just leave." In hindsight, that was probably the best advice of the evening. Instead, we stayed, hoping things would improve. They didn't. If you speak Dutch, suddenly nobody seems to understand you. If you don't speak Dutch, you're treated like you've just arrived from another planet. It's an impressive achievement to make everyone feel equally unwelcome. One staff member, who I believe was called Dan, even started calling us names. I won't repeat what was said because this review would probably be removed. Let's just say professionalism wasn't on the menu that day. After paying our bill, we politely tried to give feedback. It was like trying to teach a goldfish quantum physics—completely pointless. We contacted the owner by phone and LinkedIn, hoping they cared about customer experience. Silence. Only after I shared my experience on social media did we receive a response. Not an apology. Not an explanation. The manager simply replied with a 🤡 emoji. In all my years of eating out, I've never experienced customer service handled with such arrogance and indifference. Bad food can happen. Busy days happen. Mistakes happen. But treating customers with disrespect and then mocking them afterwards says far more about a business than any 5-star review ever could. I wouldn't recommend this place to friends, family, or anyone looking for an enjoyable evening. Eindhoven has far too many genuinely great restaurants to waste your time and money here.

Beste restaurant dat ik ooit geweest ben ! Top bediening ! Sjoerd , Jules en Johanna top mensen nog nooit zo een goed personeel gehad .
