We visited this café and bakery three times during our stay in Amsterdam, and it quickly became our favorite spot for breakfast and coffee. The cappuccino and latte were hands down the best coffee we had in the city- rich, smooth, and perfectly made every time. The almond croissant was absolutely outstanding: buttery, flaky, generously filled, and easily my favorite pastry. We also tried the chocolate with pistachios croissant which was good, but if I had to choose just one pastry, I would definitely recommend the almond croissant. The almond pastry (pictured) was also delicious and fresh. The staff made the experience even better. Two of the baristas were especially friendly, patient, and genuinely happy to explain the different sweet and savory baked goods, helping us choose what to try. The café is located on a lovely street with many restaurants and cafés and is only about a 10-minute walk from Amsterdam Central Station, making it a perfect stop while exploring the city. We enjoyed it so much that we kept coming back, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for excellent coffee and freshly baked pastries in Amsterdam!!

Buon pomeriggio , a fine luglio dovremmo soggiornare una settimana in un hotel vicinissimo... Avremmo pensato di fare colazione tutti i giorni e potenzialmente farci preparare dei panini imbottiti per il pranzo da Bbrood . Sapete se ci sono anche bottigliette d'acqua in plastica da portare via o si può riempire la borraccia , se preparano panini imbottiti con formaggi locali o salumi o ecc ? Vi ringrazio anticipatamente per le eventuali risposte , visto che ho letto che in questo locale son gentilissimi e ci sono dolci e pane squisiti ..

What a fantastic find on the Zeedijk, just a short walk from Amsterdam Central Station! I stopped by for coffee and pastries and ended up loving the whole experience. The chocolate dipped croissant was easily the highlight for me. Perfectly flaky, buttery, and covered in just the right amount of chocolate. Absolutely delicious. What really made the visit special was the lady working there. She was incredibly friendly, passionate about what she does, and welcomed everyone with a warm smile. Her positive energy created such a pleasant atmosphere and made me feel right at home. What really surprised me was how clean everything was, especially the toilets. Usually that’s not something I mention in a review, but these were spotless and honestly felt more like a bathroom in someone’s home than in a busy bakery. Another hidden gem is the downstairs seating area. Head to the lower floor and you’ll find a spacious, cozy space that’s perfect for larger groups or anyone looking for a quieter place to sit and enjoy their food. Great pastries, comfortable seating, friendly atmosphere, and impressive attention to cleanliness. I’ll definitely be coming back for that chocolate croissant!

We came here early in the morning and the store had a delicious smell of fresh baked bread. The croissants were tasty and coffee was good. Staff was very friendly.
