A very unsettling experience buying baguettes. While the baguettes on display look nice, when I asked for two of them, ponting on the ones on the display, the employee turned around and took them from a shelf near the wall with her back to me, so I could not see what is placed in the bags. I didn't think anything of it and paid without looking. When I came home, I realized that what I was given looks very different from the display. The white baguette is definitely smaller , misshapen and flat. The seeds baguette is also flatter than on the display and misshapen (photo included). I understand that baking accidents could happen and not everything is uniform but the behavior of the staff was not nice. It would have been honest and respectful to me, as a customer, if the employee asked me if I would be okay with buying the product that looks different from the display and inform me about the product they sold me. Sadly, it did not happen. It's simply disrespectful and borderline dishonest behavior towards customers.

Altijd gezellig binnen, ben er regelmatig voor de saucijzenbroodjes die ik dan telefonisch bestel. Vandaag extra verrast door een zeer attente medewerker die hart voor de zaak heeft. Hij personaliseert de saucijzenbroodjes met mijn naam erin gesneden!! Dát is nog een lol hebben.
